General Musser had a very prolific career spanning 31 years in many capacities flying over 263 combat missions. Musser began his career in 1958 earning his wings in 1959 training as a F-100 Super Sabre pilot thereafter. In 1964 he was assigned to 31st Tactical fighter wing in Homestead Airforce Base, Florida.
